application to: PROM Coordinator, Division of Traffic

the PROM program?

early is the best way to get involved.

PROM program?
If DTS receives all your forms correctly and legibly
completed and you apply before we run out of materials,
you will get a box in the mail that includes the
following items:

lanyards
key chains
pens
teen driving fact sheets
Bracelets
- What are we required to do once we get into the
program?
The teachers must discuss the importance of teen safe

the high school is required to submit a short report
after your prom is over.
