Pledge Form
- I pledge to turn off or silence my cell phone while behind the wheel until
I have reached my destination. - I pledge to remind all drivers and passengers of the potential distractions while
in my vehicle and the responsibilities that accompanies driving. - I pledge to defy peer pressure and speak out to remove all potential distractions
in my vehicle. In addition, I will make sure all passengers including myself are
wearing their safety belts at all times. - I recognize there are numerous risks of driving while distracted. I will do
everything in my power to avoid making decisions that will jeopardize my safety
or the safety of the passengers in my vehicle.
By signing below, I pledge to remain free from distracted driving by eliminating the use of cell phones, the urge to change radio stations, eating, applying makeup and engaging in conversations while driving.
